Refund policy

At Smart Baby, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not fully happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a valid receipt. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items like baby food, diapers, and opened personal care products are non-returnable. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team.
